why write to no one

As I am aware of, pretty much no one reads anything from this website. I expected that. This place is quiet, rarely promoted, and difficult to find.

If you read this website, then please tell me wrong.

Nevertheless, if what I write is never read, then wouldn’t that the website pointless? Should I be doing better things?

It’s not like I don’t care about if someone reads my website or not. If I knew someone learned a new perspective from my website, that would please me. That would encourage me to write more here. On the other hand, there is nothing rewarding about writing here and receiving zero feedback. Although it’s partially my fault for not promoting it, I do wish this website to get that kind of traffic.

However, that had never stopped me from writing. In fact, I have privately journaling for five years, with enough words for an entire book or two. That epic will never meet the public’s eye.

For me, it’s about enjoying the writing process.

Usually before I write, the ideas I want to present is already in my mind. The challenge to organize to something tagentable is what excites me. How do I phrase this idea? How I make this paragraph flow? Am I making sense? Sometimes reflecting own my writing something make me realize something new too. Writing takes you to depths.

Another way to think about it is comparing in terms of Bloom’s Taxanomy. When we consume content, it is often passive. Even I sometimes watch videos where I don’t understand everything at all. However, I just forget about it and go to the next thing. Creation is nothing like that. It forces us to do “higher levels” of thinking.

It’s rewarding too. Even no one is going to read it, just having in there is kinda cool, and it gives me of accomplishment. It’s like having exclusive editions in a bookshelf. It doesn’t actually mean anything useful, but it still has value.
